| Quality Policy |
The objectives of Highland Control Systems Ltd is to ensure that the products, installations and services that are provided to our clients satisfy all requirements specified and are also in compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including in respect of health, safety and environmental matters.
The management of Highland Control Systems Ltd is committed to the maintenance of an effective Quality Management System which is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The system shall be appropriate to the circumstances in which they are applied and shall operate in conjunction with all other management systems within Highland Control Systems Ltd. The systems performance is monitored as part of the Management review process.
All members of staff who undertake work on projects are required to follow the procedures defined in the Quality System and to ensure that appropriate records are generated to demonstrate this has been achieved. The procedures and other associated documentation are made available by appropriate methods to all staff.
Highland Control Systems Ltd Quality Manager has the responsibility for ensuring that the Policy and documents comprising the Quality System are appropriately reviewed, documented and maintained. The Manager shall identify and resolve any quality problems that arise with the application of the System and shall, where appropriate, initiate, recommended or provide solutions, with the aim of ensuring that the System is truly effective.
